Payment Plans and Hardship
We understand that everyone goes through difficult times. If you are unable to pay your co-pay or for a cash item, please contact us and we will work with you to set up a manageable payment plan. If that is still too difficult, we can offer a Hardship letter in some cases. Please contact us for details regarding both payment plans and hardship letters if you need financial assistance.
